Even though protectors state they are holding the fort and even having daily breakfast with the police at the site to remain peaceful; this indictment of their civil liberties must be stopped...they have a right to peacefully protest without feeling threatened and possibly harmed ...

3. the approval of this gas project in Gloucester occurred under both a labour and liberal governments who took in undisclosed political donations from AGL at the time, making this project null and void by the way of breaching the normal conditions of an honest & fair approval process. DEMAND cancellation of all AGL gas licences in Gloucester and Western Sydney NOW! Call the planning minister Pru Goward, mining minister Anthony Roberts and premier Mike Baird! 4. Police at site are going against the civil liberties of ALL Australians by not allowing the people at Gloucester

their right to peacefully assemble and protest in the way they wish which is their legal right as a citizen of this state. The police are rather aiding & abetting the continuing of this industry and not showing duty of care to the community of NSW as should be their main imperative. Many people have been arrested and unduly removed from the site, dragged and intimidated, heavy handed police presence, threats and tactics are unacceptable (watch video below). this police presence in this way should immediately cease, in light of the fact that 80% of this community *the overwhelming majority* do not want this project to take place and for which the Government is wholly privy to this fact. THIS IS NOT A DEMOCRACY
